Attic Insulation Inspection in Surprise, AZ

Eli and crew did great work for me today. They did a deep cleaning of all my return ducts and supply ducts. They disinfected and installed a UV light. They cleaned my dryer vent. Eli communicated everything beforehand and summarized the work they did afterwards. And they came out the same day I called! I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Air Austin. 5 stars.

Supreme Air has been absolutely amazing to work with! Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. From the first service call to the final follow-up, their communication was clear, timely, and genuinely helpful. It was more than I expected to pay, but I think that is just air duct work in general. The quality of their work truly shows. My air ducts have never been cleaner, and the added peace of mind from their great warranty makes the investment more than worth it. You really do get what you pay for.

These guys were awesome from start to finish! We had them clean our entire duct system. It took them about 4 hours to clean all 13 ducts. They came at the start of their expected arrival time and worked efficiently but methodically. They were super friendly and communicative the entire time, as well as being pretty honest and transparent when we asked questions. They left the house super clean and gave us a great deal. This was definitely worth it. My house smelled SO much fresher after they left. I didn’t realize how much we needed this and how stale our house had gotten. I would hire them again!

I highly recommend Supreme Air for all of your vent, duct and chimney cleaning and inspection needs! I had asked them to come out just to do an inspection and learned I had very serious bacterial growth in process. They performed all of the cleaning and remediation that same day which was a lot of work. Eli the supervisor and Alex the lead technician were great at communicating and explaining the issues to me and charged me a very fair price for all of the work. Alex, Marcus and Kevin were very thorough and professional and did all the work that afternoon! The work included the dryer vent cleaning and chimney cleaning and installing a new UV system. My son and I both already notice a big improvement in our air quality in the home. I have included a before / after picture for one of my air ducts and what they pulled up in the dryer vent! Austin is humid and you never know when you might have a problem so it’s a good idea to get your vents and ducts inspected regularly! We will definitely use Supreme Air in the future to make sure we don’t have this problem again! Thank you Eli, Alex and team! Kevin and David were amazing! We knew we had some mold, We didn’t know it was a major issue. They were so professional documenting everything showing us everything. They didn’t do anything without our permission gave a Very clear quote and did amazing work and cleaned up after themselves cannot recommend more. In the UV Treatment system they installed will keep us mold free.
